Pic Play lets me explore the arts & play with creativity.  In truth, it is recently, I am learning to express emotions/words through imagery.  More importantly, intuitively, learning, it is through this ‘pic play’; I am in fact rewiring parts of my Mind.

When I first began trying to practice meditation (about two years ago),  my struggles of excessively wondering mind were compounded;  I was not able to imagine the lovely things being suggested one imagines during a meditation practice.  I would try to create images of serene settings in my mind but my inability to do this remained an issue.

On contemplation, I can suggest many factors that rendered me unable to imagination practice/creating lovely & safe settings within my mind.  Allow me to share, merely one at this time.

Within the context of my background (childhood), I did not have the benefit of creating what I call a ‘Loving Images/Thoughts & Beliefs File’ within My Mind & Heart.  Photography & Pic Play has gifted me a safe opportunity to actively Create such a Loving Images Folder & Fill it with many beautiful images.  Pic Play is a Practice, I choose to use in order to Rebuild & Rewire My Own Mind.  Through this very practice, my imagination becomes more vibrant & meditation practices are done with ease.
